Its funny how quickly my sleep patterns can adjust by accident, yet when i want to change them myself...it seems impossible!
This all started when i finished college. No more getting up at 7am, no more going to bed at 10:30 no more routine! Its killing me. I stayed up late one night to watch some stuff on TV, and slept in late the next day. Then as i slept in late, i couldn't sleep the next night so i got up and ended up watching whatever crap is on TV! -Thankgod for TV Choice on Demand thats all i'm saying.
Trying to get back into a established routine is proving hard to do! Especially as i don't have any routine during the day, as i don't have anything to do! No money to go out with friends, and no jobs anywhere within the suitable travel range available!
I guess i'll just have to perserve, force myself to get up early on morning even though i will only have a few hours sleep. That does not sound appealing! I bet the one day i did manage to do that i would end up snoozing in the afternoon, and be no better off when it came to night. I don't want to spend the next eight weeks doing everything by moonlight thankyou very much.
I find it quite amusing...perhaps its slightly ironic, how i used to moan at having a rough time to go to bed & Especially at having a time to get up(that i felt was far too early) and now when i can do as i please its irriating the crap out of me!
Well its looking light out, perhaps it will soon be time for me to hit the sheets!
