Whats the deal with teen girls?

-I mean i don't understand why we all act the way we do.

I feel like i try and be nice to some of them but they are just plain nasty.

I'm not being niiave, i know that they are nasty girls ofcourse, but i have been working with two girls for a year in performing arts and they seemed genuially friendly, in all our other lessons there funny and pleasant. So why not in performing arts right?

Turns out the two girls (who are ofcourse both the teachers favourites) are two of the sneakiest girls i have ever met! They both spend there lunch and break times in the theatre talking to the teachers about other students! I have been there and heard the teachers badmouth people within the class and talk about their levels of talent in a negative way!

Now...i'm no sap, ofcourse people in the performing industry are two faced fakes...but this is a teacher! I swear they are not allowed to have favourites or discuss other students situations and the schools situation with students!

The two girls whom i thought were my friends (i use the term friends lightly- more like i thought they were my aquatinces, two people i could work with well within the class) have been talking about me behind my back the whole time! I've just recived the fakest message in the world from one of them and its made me so angry!

Now, i didn't create this blog to be bitchy...but i need to have a little rant about them and let off steam.

The thing is, they are favouritised (one more than the other) but they aren't the most talented out of the group and everyone says it! The favourite out of the two has so much confidence- which i respect her for as a performer, but she is wooden as an actress, nasaly as a singer and weak as a dancer. Shes a very pretty face but unfortunatly just that! She doesn't even contribute good ideas within the group! Her best friend is the opposite- a brilliant actress, and has clever ideas but she tries to sing saprano songs way out of her legue, puts on a werid singing voice and has no confidence!

They are given this critique so many times by audience members from our school, sometimes behind there back, but a lot of the time too their face...and yet they are still treated differently to the rest!

I need to suck it up-well thats what some say as thats what its like in the industry...but i think not! Theres no way i'm standing for it as them constantly being put first is interrupting and preventing my learning and growth as a performer! I'm telling you now...its going to stop! I am not doing another two years like the last two...

Its time for change!
